New Accounts
- Payment with VISA or MasterCard is required on all first orders. You may apply for Net 30 on repeat orders.
- We require business tax numbers; Federal or Provincial as required.
Terms
- The terms of payment offered are net 30 days from date of invoice on approved credit. Credit is approved when all references have been verified.
- Visa and MasterCard are accepted only at the time of the order and will be processed on the date the invoice is shipped.
Prices
- Prices are subject to change without notice.
Past Due Accounts
- Past due accounts are subject to a 2% finance charge compounded monthly.
- We reserve the right to hold shipments until past due accounts are brought current.
- If your check is returned your account will be charged $20.
Minimum Order
- Our minimum order is $100.
- A $5 processing fee will be added to orders under $100 to partially offset the cost of handling these small orders.
Case Quantity
- Split cases available with a 5% surcharge per unit.
Freight
- In Canada shipments are made via Purolator or Canada Post.
- In the US all shipments are made via UPS Ground or Postal Service unless otherwise specified.
- Shipping charges are prepaid and charged on the invoice.
- Free freight on product orders over $500
- On orders between $300 and $500 we will split our discounted freight cost with you 50/50.
- Under $300 you pay full shipping charges
Customs and Brokerage
All customs and brokerage fees are covered by Honey Candles Ltd.
Returns
- If for any reason you are not satisfied with your product, contact us within 7 days of receipt for authorization to receive a full refund.
- We will credit any returned products that are shown to be defective. Products returned to retailer by customer because of personal preference will not be considered for credit.
