Supply –We are a family owned since 1994. We will be around to supply Honey Candles® and Jin Sticks® Incense now, next year and in years to come.
Fast delivery – Canadian customers can place an order in the morning (Monday to Friday) and it is usually shipped that afternoon or the next day. We ship weekly to the USA.
UPC Labels – We have complete product information on each label including a UPC barcode.
Displays – Our beautiful wooden displays showcase merchandise in the best way possible. Displays are convenient and help dress up your store and keep products organized. We also have Point of Purchase boxes for quick and attractive merchandising.
Liability Insurance – We carry liability insurance on all our products.
Warning Labels – Government regulations state all candles must have a safety warning either on the candle or on the display. Our candles and displays have the necessary safety warnings and meet the standards required by law.
Quality – We are committed to excellence and will not compromise the quality of our product. Honey Candles® are handmade and packaged with attention to detail and quality. We test again and again for burn quality.
Packaging – We aim to use minimal packaging on our candles and sell most items in bulk. Where needed we use recyclable kraft boxes for our packaged items. Our labels are made with post-consumer paper.
New Products & Variety – We are constantly developing new products to keep up with the growing demand for 100% pure beeswax candles. From economical tubes to the beautiful ornamentals, we have something for everyone. We also produce handmade Jin Sticks® Incense
Packing Material – All of our packing materials are recycled. We use shredded paper from local businesses, which diverts 14,000 lbs of paper per year from the landfills.
Catalog – We have an annual full color catalog for you to refer to again and again. No need to wait until a sales rep comes to see you to view the products.
Literature – Our three-fold shelf talker for Honey Candles® educates customers on the benefits of beeswax and gives them something to take home. If you request, we will supply store signage for any product you carry. We have a wide range of product information to suit your needs.
Online Ordering – You can register to become a Wholesale Customer. Once registered, you can browse products 24 hours a day, gather product information and place an order.
Assurance – We follow up after you place your order to ensure your needs are met. Our friendly sales staff are always willing to answer questions, listen to suggestions, offer information and provide you with any promotional help you may need.
Customer Service – We pride ourselves on offering honest, efficient and professional customer service.
Life Candle Program – In collaboration with Canadian Food for Children, we save remnant wax and re-pour candles to be sent worldwide for families in need. Since May 2008, we have sent over 1000 Life Candles.
